The tiger is the largest member of the cat family. There were once eight varieties of tiger, but three are now extinct. Adult males weigh up to 190 kilograms and grow to be almost 2.7 metres long. Thats a lot!.Female tigers are slightly smaller than the male. Each of the different varieties of tiger has its own habitat. Some live in the forests of India, where there is a little bit rain, and others live in the cold snowy woods of northern China. Tigers also like swamps, rainforest, and tall grassy land. Most adult tigers live alone, and males usually like there their own territory. The size of the territory depends on the amount of prey available. A tiger can eat up to 23 kilograms of meat in one night. Wow! Unfortunately, the tiger’s future is not so good. The remaining five varieties of tiger are now endangered, and there are only around 650 Sumatran tigers in the world. Many have been killed by poachers, who sell tiger skins and there bones.I think these are nice animals and they should live happy like us. My my opinion is that these tigers are cool overused word here Will, be precise - what other word could you have used? and should be saved from the poachers that kill them.
